Complete missions in this sandbox game to increase your ball size, allowing you to bonk prettier chicks. Start with the fuglies and work your way up to the hotties, by completing missions, defeating bosses and taking lots and lots of drugs.

Use the patch and then use the crack MAke sure to select the correct install directory when running the crack. Always run cracks and patches as admin.

Go to you bonetown folder game/data/missions then do the following:
Rename BoardwalkDemo.mis to something like BoardwalkDemo._ORImis then rename Boardwalk.mis to BoardwalkDemo.mis .
Rename BeachBarDemo.mis to something like BeachBarDemo_ORI.mis and rename BeachBar.mis to BeachBarDemo.mis .

Full Nudity:
Delete VajStar from BoneTowngamedataitemstextures
Delete YellowNipStars from BoneTowngamedatachickscharacterstextures
Delete CensoredStar from BoneTowngamedataitemstextures
